Autumn Reflections – Day 28

As you may have noticed, I love taking pictures. In autumn, the trees are showing off their bright and cheerful colours, making it difficult to take a bad shot. I really enjoy taking photos of flowers, trees, paths, and landscapes. I also love framing interesting shots of buildings and architecture. Its so much fun to wander around outside looking for the perfect shot.  Autumn is definitely a season that encourages photography. Everything is so beautiful that people can’t help but want to capture it on film.

Now Autumn’s fire burns slowly along the woods. And day by day the dead leaves fall and melt.

Autumn Reflections – Day 18

One of the things I love about autumn is fall fashion. All of the earthy toned, autumn colours arrive in stores. I love wearing my boots and knit sweaters and scarves. And my favourite colour palette to wear is the greens, browns, reds, and oranges, of autumn. I enjoy layering for optimum comfort and warmth. But its not yet cold enough to need my bulky winter coat. Its the perfect time of year.

Her pleasure in the walk must arise from the exercise and the day, from the view of the last smiles of the year upon the tawny leaves and withered hedges, and from repeating to herself some few of the thousand poetical descriptions extant of autumn–that season of peculiar and inexhaustible influence on the mind of taste and tenderness–that season which has drawn from every poet worthy of being read some attempt at description, or some lines of feeling.
